Method

In a bowl combine grapes and lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, combine sugar and citric acid.

Roll each grape, one at a time, in the sugar-citric acid mixture until evenly coated.

Freeze in a single layer on a baking-paper lined tray for at least 2 hours.
