Method

Preheat oven to 220°C (or follow your pizza base instructions).

Brush the base lightly with olive oil.

Top with mozzarella, evenly scattering across the base.

Add halved Candy Snaps™ grapes and sprinkle with rosemary.

Drizzle lightly with honey.

Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the base is crisp and the cheese is bubbling and golden.

Finish with prosciutto, fresh mint leaves and another drizzle of honey. Add cracked pepper and a pinch of sea salt to balance the sweetness.
