Method

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (or follow your pizza base instructions).
  • Brush the base lightly with olive oil.
  • Top with mozzarella, evenly scattering across the base.
  • Add halved Candy Snaps™ grapes and sprinkle with rosemary.
  • Drizzle lightly with honey.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the base is crisp and the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  • Finish with prosciutto, fresh mint leaves and another drizzle of honey. Add cracked pepper and a pinch of sea salt to balance the sweetness.
