Method

  • Preheat an oven as per the instructions on your chosen pizza base. Smear the pizza base with goat’s cheese, bringing the cheese right up to the edges.
  • Carefully fold ribbons of prosciutto over the pizza, ensuring that when the pizza is sliced, every slice would receive a piece of meat.
  • Fill in the gaps and top with our delicious Autumn Crisp grapes.
  • Drizzle the pizza with honey, reserving extra for serving.
  • Sprinkle the pizza with a little sea salt, and lots of cracked black peppercorns.
  • Place the pizza in the oven to bake until the base is golden and crunchy, and the grapes are shiny and translucent.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes before slicing into 6-8 serves.
  • Serve with fresh basil leaves and an extra drizzle of honey. This recipe is best devoured immediately.
